Junior School Challenge Quiz |
|
|
Who recently finished fourth in the elections for Mayor of London?
Who slayed the Minotaur in his labyrinth?
Who was assassinated in New York on 8th December 1980?
Which four countries share a land border with Greece?
These are some of the questions that Reepham High School’s quiz team had to answer to win through to the final of the Junior Schools Challenge Quiz. They faced strong opposition from the Royal Colchester Grammar School, but lead from the start, with a winning final score of 580 points against 490.
Scott Cameron, Madeline Rounce, Robert Allen and Harris Wright beat opposition from Langley School; King Edward VII School, King's Lynn (the only other state school in the East Region competition) and the Royal Colchester Grammar School. They now play The Perse School or Town Close Preparatory School in the final.

Welcome to the Students’ Showcase; a blog to display the most inspiring work from Reepham High School and College students. We are three pupils from year nine and in November 2011 we created a magazine which was full of fun and opinions. This motivated us to create a blog which we hope will have the same flavour. The blog will continue to show the students’ views and also a variety of their work from essays to art pieces and media films. To visit the blog click here.
